Email and signature tracking

What we measure today, and what the final document will state:

• Emails Clezio sends on a manager's behalf: we record delivery, opens and link clicks. Opens are detected with an invisible image and stay approximate, since many email clients block it or load it on their own. A manager can turn off the recording of opens for their organization.
• Documents sent for electronic signature (DocuSeal): we record when the document is viewed, when signing starts, and when it is signed or declined, with date and time. These are part of the signature evidence and cannot be turned off.

This information is used only to follow up on signature requests and to send reminders. It is never sold, used for advertising, or combined with other sources.

Text messaging and phone calls

When your property manager uses Clezio's text messaging or smart phone line, information about you is collected and kept in your tenant record.

• Text messaging: your phone number, the content of the messages exchanged, their date and their delivery status. Your consent and, where applicable, your unsubscribe request are also recorded.
• Phone calls: your number, the date and length of the call, the recording of the conversation, its written transcript and a summary produced automatically by a voice assistant. You are told so at the start of every call.

This information is used only to handle your request, to create and follow up maintenance requests, and to keep a record of your exchanges with your manager. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

A technical service provider processes these communications on Clezio's behalf, under contract, and may not use them for any other purpose. No banking information is ever collected during a call or by text message.

Call recordings and transcripts are deleted after 12 months. Text messages are kept in your record for as long as the tenancy continues, then according to the applicable legal retention periods.

Website analytics

The public pages of clezio.app use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics 4. Nothing loads until you accept: if you choose « Necessary only », no request is sent to Google.

Data collected after your consent: pages viewed, language, traffic source, device type, IP address truncated by Google, and actions on the site (clicking « Free trial », submitting the contact form, requesting a demo, clicking a plan or a service). No name, email, message or account identifier is sent.

Purpose: understand which pages are useful and improve the site. No advertising profiling, no sale of data. If you choose "Audience measurement", Google's advertising cookies stay off (Consent Mode v2).

Duration: Google measurement cookies last up to 2 years on your device; usage data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics. Your consent choice is stored in your browser only.

Advertising conversion measurement

Clezio advertises its services on Google. If you choose "Accept all", the public pages and the sign-up path load the Google Ads tag, which tells us whether a visit from an ad led to a free trial. If you choose "Audience measurement" or "Necessary only", that tag is loaded but stays silent: it sets no cookie and sends no advertising identifier.

Data collected after your consent: the ad click identifier (gclid), the landing page, and the fact that a sign-up was completed. Neither your name, nor your email, nor your Clezio account identifier is sent to Google.

Purpose: measure how well our ads work. Retention: Google's advertising cookies last up to 90 days on your device. The click identifier is kept for the duration of your visit only.

Withdrawal: you can change your mind at any time through the « Manage cookies » link in the footer. Withdrawing immediately stops the analytics tool from loading. Manage cookies
