Your tenants call. Someone answers.
A local number and an assistant that takes calls day and night, in French and English. It identifies the tenant, creates the maintenance request in Clezio, and transfers the call to you when it is urgent.

Fewer missed calls, fewer callbacks, and a record of every conversation.
Nobody reaches a voicemail
The assistant answers on the first ring, at 3 a.m. as at 2 p.m. Outside your hours it takes a message and emails it to you.
Everything lands in Clezio, in writing
The maintenance request is created during the call, with the description and the level of urgency. You find it in your list, not on a sticky note.
Emergencies reach you
Flooding, fire, gas smell, no heat: the assistant does not ask further questions, it transfers immediately to the number you set.
In the tenant's language
The assistant starts in French and switches to English if the caller does. Nothing to configure.
Four calls, four endings
“My dishwasher is leaking”
The assistant recognises the tenant by their number, records the description, asks whether entry is allowed, and creates the maintenance request. The tenant gets a request number before hanging up.
“Did my rent go through?”
After identification, the assistant gives the balance and the next payment date. Never banking details, never information about another dwelling.
“There is water everywhere”
The assistant interrupts and transfers the call to the manager on duty. If nobody answers, it takes a message and emails you.
A call at 11 p.m. on a Saturday
The assistant says the office is closed, takes the message, and sends it to you. You find it in Clezio on Monday morning, with the transcript.
Frequently asked questions
Are calls recorded?
Yes, and the caller is told so in the first sentence. Transcripts are kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
What about Law 25?
The information collected is used only to handle the tenant's request. No banking data is ever requested during a call. Retention is limited to 12 months and the recording notice is given at the start of every call.
Does the French sound natural?
The voice is Canadian French and the assistant always uses the formal “vous”. Before opening the add-on to everyone, we have it validated by real tenants — that is the point of the demo phase.
What happens in an emergency?
Flooding, fire, gas smell, no heat in winter, broken lock, someone locked in: the assistant transfers immediately to the number you set, without asking anything else. If the transfer fails, it takes a message and notifies you.
Would you like to try it?
The add-on is in demo with our first clients. Write to us and we will call you back.
